I'm running plex media server on a machine running ubuntu server and am gradually adding all of my media onto it. So far I have added about 300 films and 10 tv shows without an issue, until I tried adding Game of Thrones. The first 4 seasons added perfectly, but only episode 10 of season 5 will appear. The naming convention follows what flex suggests, with each season having a folder and each file inside being labelled 'Game of Thrones s01e01'. I tried changing 's' and 'e' to capitals and I deleted and re added it all with no luck. I have moved Game of Thrones to a separate drive and tried to add them from there with the same result. All of the files went through the same transcoding process using handbrake and they are all .mp4 and I have verified that they all play using VLC. When looking in the plex activity log, only episode 10 of season 5 is found and gets processed too.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
