The main reason I purchased Plex Pass was to copy pictures from my phone/tablet because we are going on a one month trip to Europe. The problem is Plex will not copy pictures from sub folders on either. I asked a question about it a few days ago and have received no response.
Perhaps I'm expecting too much from this community and Plex programmers, but it is disheartening to find the program doesn't something so simple and the "support" that was advertised seems to be vapor.
I am very disappointed.
