[September 15th 2016]How do I enable "Remote Acess" & Port forward my server for outside connection

Hello everyone,
I have changed my plex settings on router by setting both public & private ports to 32400(Enabled port forward). But it still does not work, I've also checked the Private IP address to be sure its the same IP set on my router settings aswell. How do you guys do it? It was working previously before but then I didn't had to manually specify a public port. But now since it has stopped working Im trying this out and both without specifying and with it does not work.
