I purchased a plex pass subscription as a gift for someone on tuesday using this page: https://plex.tv/gifts
The transaction has gone through and the status of the purchase on my account is labeled as "Settled", yet I never received the needed email. Yes, I have checked my spam folder.
I couldn't find a support email address or phone number to get this issue resolved, so I took to the forums for an answer. There didn't seem to be any similar Q/A topics on the support page, nor anything about gifts.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to resolve this issue?
